On the first floor you will find the primary suite with a king bed and attached bath. Additionally there is one bedroom with two twin beds and a bathroom across the hall.

On the second floor there are 3 total bedrooms. One room hosts two twin beds plus a daybed. This room has an adjacent half bath.
There are two other bedrooms on this floor connected by a jack and jill bathroom. Each bedroom has one full bed.

Enjoy the outdoor spacious patio with firepit overlooking the property. The Adirondacks offer hiking, cross county skiing, boating, and more!

The first floor boasts the piano room, den, and bar room. In the apartment you’ll find a second den. Enjoy our fireplace, foosball table, piano, and various puzzles and games. There are endless options for relaxation. Breakfast is served best in the sun room overlooking the rolling Adirondack meadows. Make sure to challenge yourself to find all the hand painted artwork in the home! Look for cowboys, ski slopes, birds and harps.

Our property comes with an apartment outfitted with 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom hosts a queen bed, and the second is two twin beds. There is a shared full bath as well as a den.
Lake Placid
With sprawling meadows, enjoy country walks, biking, cross country skiing, and snowshoeing- just off the veranda. Created to be a retreat and for entertainment, this home sits on 280 acres of fields, woods and hiking trails bordering the Forever Wild parts of the Adirondack Park and directly connecting to Heaven Hill Trails for hiking, cross country skiing and biking.

Our Property
Snowhill Manor was built by renowned Adirondack craftsman Adrian Edmonds in 1961 for Herbert Kieckhefer. As a member of the Forestry Association, he used the property as part of an educational project on how to care for land and grow trees.
